The enamelled wire is not parallel to the edge of the skeleton, but has a certain dip Angle. Assuming that the Angle of inclination is just enough to skip a coil grid, the enamelled wire has reached the skeleton edge through the layered arrangement of 9 grids, so that when the next grid is wound, the next coil will be squeezed, with the possibility of skipping. Therefore, the traditional winding machine uses the wire before and after arrangement into an integer circle, and each layer of wire in the same direction of the speed and the number of turns arrangement will appear jumper and overlapping line.
