Inspection and maintenance of vertical winding machine:


1, winding machine power supply is damaged, such as damage should be excluded


2. Check whether the connecting bolt between the tray of the winding machine and the winding die is tightened, otherwise it must be tightened again.


3. Check whether there are objects around the winding machine that hinder operation, such as suspender or tooling. Otherwise, the position of tooling objects such as coil rack should be reconnected.


4. Check whether the telescopic cover is in good condition and adjust the opening and closing size to about 150cm from the outer diameter of the disk or winding to ensure safe operation.


The main difference between the winding machine and the squirrel cage motor is that the three end wires of the winding machine rotor winding are respectively connected with three copper or steel slip rings installed on the rotating shaft, and connected with the external circuit through the brush. The unique structure of the winding machine causes the collector ring to burn out easily and the brush to produce sparks. Generally speaking, the reasons for this situation are: brush and collector ring run-in is poor, the brush can not fully contact the collector ring surface, the brush and brush box with bad (too loose or too tight), the pressure of the brush is not appropriate, the number of brushes is not reasonable, the collector ring is oval.
