(2) supporting wheel, also known as regulating wheel, the number of different head supporting wheels is different, and its material is directly related to its service life.

(3) The service life of the part is related to the wire diameter, size and material of the winding product.

(4) belt, side slider and other wearing parts.

The ring winding machine not only produces different products from the flat winding machine, but also increases the consumption cost of the whole life cycle. Once a flat-winding machine is purchased, it is usually only necessary to make different tools. Ring winding machine purchase, according to the product diameter and size, need to replace different storage ring and supporting wheel. Because the copper wire always slides out from one side of the wire storage ring (belt type and side slide type), the wire storage ring is stressed unevenly, and the wire storage ring and supporting wheel need to be replaced from time to time to continue production! Of course, the added value of annular coils is much higher than that of flat coils, which can cover this cost.
